Job Objective: Provide professional guidance with respect to architectural site layout, structural steel design & detailing, and concrete foundations. Deliver a fresh perspective to construction as well as to the telecom structural and civil engineering needs. Reports to: Manager – Facilities & Implementation Key Responsibilities/Duties * Participate in the achievement of the Facilities Management Section’s objectives by performing and supporting various facilities management related activities; * Autonomously operate within the policies, procedures, systems and frameworks applicable to the Facilities Management Section to enable the department to operate efficiently; * Contribute to all sites’ maintenance, regulation and working conditions; monitor that IT and network facilities are maintained to an agreed level specified in Bahrain’s policies and procedures; monitor that office OH&S standards are met and initiate corrective/remedial action as required; * Evaluate Contractor’s/ Vendor work and progress based on agreed Project Implementation Plan and Target schedules.
